Phones and internet from the same team

Phones run over the internet, so when the connection goes, so do the calls. If the phones and the internet come from different providers, a call that breaks up becomes a question of whose fault it is, and you end up in the middle. If both come from us, there is nobody to blame and nobody for you to chase.

One proposal, one helpdesk

The phones come from Fonica, our phone business, on a cloud phone system we run ourselves. The internet comes from All Internet. Both are the same company and the same people, and the quote for both arrives in one proposal.

Many of the businesses that take our phones take their internet from us too. When something touches both, there is one ticket and one helpdesk, the same helpdesk that looks after our clients' IT and phones, and the technician working it looks at the phones and the connection together.

What we size for

Enough connection for the calls

A phone call needs little bandwidth but hates interruption. When we quote the two together, we say if an office would be better on a different line before the phones go on it.

Failover for the phones

With 4G failover at the site, the phones can keep working on the mobile network while a line fault is fixed. For an office that lives on the phone, that is the reason to have it.

Moving the phones is its own job

Migrating a phone system is not part of an internet setup, and the quote says so. It is a separate line, done by the same team, and we plan the two moves together.
