Send us your internet bill
We will tell you what you would pay with us, in writing, with no obligation. If your current deal is already good we will say so.
We check what your address can actually get before we quote, because the technology at the door decides the speeds on offer and what the installation involves. Your bill tells us the rest: what you have now, what you pay for it and what you use.
What we sell
Managed NBN
Business NBN at the speed tier your address supports, with unlimited or capped data, installed and configured by us and moved across from your old connection by us. The modem is included.
Enterprise Ethernet
A dedicated fibre line for an office that needs the same speed both ways, on a 36-month term, with a lead time to install that we set out before you sign.
4G failover
A 4G router at your site that takes over when the NBN connection drops, so the office can keep working while the line fault is fixed. An add-on to a managed connection, or on its own.
Why the same team matters
When the internet drops, there is one helpdesk to ring
If your internet, your phones and your IT come from different providers, a problem that touches all three becomes an argument about whose fault it is. Ours are the same people, in the same ticket queue, and an internet fault is a ticket like any other, with the updates coming to you as it moves.
We chase the carrier so you do not have to
Line faults are fixed by the carrier and NBN Co, not by us, and they own the timeline. What we do is lodge the fault with our wholesale carrier, keep the reference, and chase it. You get ticket updates rather than a hold queue.
Phones and internet together
Phones run over the internet, so when the connection goes, so do the calls. If both come from us, there is nobody to blame and nobody for you to chase. Many of the businesses that take our phones take their internet from us too, and the quote for both arrives in one proposal.
Things worth knowing before you switch
Cabling in multi-storey buildings
Internal cabling from the building's communications room to your office is a licensed electrician's job and is charged separately. We tell you if your address needs it.
Older EFTPOS terminals
A terminal where you type the price and it dials out needs the bank's attention before the old line goes. Ask your bank which kind yours is.
Back-to-base alarms
An alarm that dials a monitoring centre over the old phone line needs to move to a 4G module. Your alarm company does that; we raise it with you before the old line goes.
Fax
Paper fax over the NBN is less reliable than it was over the old line. We offer a fax adapter for your machine or fax to email instead.
The NBN Co fee for a new installation
Some addresses attract a fee from NBN Co for a new installation. Where it applies to your address, it is its own line on the quote, so you see it before you sign.
An active phone number on FTTN, FTTB and FTTC
On these technologies the NBN connection rides on a phone line, so the address needs an active number or NBN Co may charge for a new installation. We check this when we check what your address can get.
