One company, four names
ServerFree Pty Ltd (ABN 43 143 449 781) trades as All Managed IT, Fonica, All Internet and Techjar. The company was founded in Brisbane in 2011 by Bryce Telfer.
All Internet started with web hosting and domain names in 2011 and has sold business NBN since 2015. We started selling internet because our IT clients kept having to ring someone else when it failed. Now the internet, the phones and the IT come from one team.

We work from two offices: Hub A, 56 Edmondstone Rd, Bowen Hills, in the inner north close to the city, and 2/36 Jijaws St, Sumner, in Brisbane's western suburbs. We look after businesses across Brisbane.
How we work
We read the bill
We check what your address can get, read your bill, and tell you in writing what you would pay. If your current deal is already good, we say so.
We chase the carrier
A line fault is fixed by the carrier and NBN Co. We lodge it with our wholesale carrier, keep the reference, and send you ticket updates as it moves.
We say what we do not know
How long a carrier takes to fix a line fault, or NBN Co to install one, is not ours to promise, and we say so rather than guess.
We do not name-drop
We do not name clients without their written consent, and we do not quote reviews we did not earn.
