It suits an office that sends large files all day, runs its own servers that others reach, backs up a lot of data off site, or carries many phones and video calls at once.
What to expect
A 36-month term
Enterprise Ethernet is sold on a 36-month term, and the quote says so on its first page.
A lead time to install
Building fibre to an office takes time. NBN Co sets the installation date, the quote sets out the lead time before you sign, and it is not a next-week connection.
Your address first
What your building can get, and what the installation involves, is confirmed before the quote is final, and the quote says what it depends on.
The same helpdesk
When something goes wrong, the ticket goes to our helpdesk, and we lodge the fault with our wholesale carrier and chase it.
If you do not need it
Most offices are well served by managed NBN at the right tier, with 4G failover as the safety net. If that is you, we will tell you, and quote you that.
